Jessica Berryman

Meet Jessica Berryman, our new associate attorney at Amy McGarry Law, whose dedication and passion for serving others make her a valuable addition to our team. Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Jessica graduated from Michigan Technological University in Fall 2019 with a degree in Social Sciences, concentrating on Law and Society. Her commitment to the field led her to Florida, where she earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Spring 2024 and proudly became a member of the Florida Bar in Fall 2024.

Jessica will be primarily focusing on Estate Planning in our office, where she is excited to help clients secure their futures and protect their legacies. Her background in social sciences and law, combined with her compassionate approach, drives her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys an active lifestyle, with a love for exercising, cooking, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. Though new to Cape Coral, she is eager to immerse herself in the community and looks forward to contributing to the world of elder law and making a meaningful difference for our clients and the area.
