POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Florida-admitted attorney with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the patience and compassion needed to work with elderly clients and their families. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide all the training you need! Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of estate planning and elder law.
REQUIREMENTS
Florida Bar admission
Ability to work in-person in southwest Cape Coral, Florida
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and compassion
No estate planning experience needed—just a willingness to learn
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn a legal CRM (Clio)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with clients to understand their estate planning and elder law needs
Draft essential legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Offer compassionate and patient guidance to clients
Provide excellent client service while leveraging technology, maintaining strong and positive client relationships throughout the legal process
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to grow
Collaborate with the firm’s team to provide a supportive, productive work environment
