Similarly to how a food pantry nourishes your body, a mobile mood pantry nourishes your mind and soul. Join us for this month’s presentation to discuss mental health and the importance of taking care of your mind. Jena and Chelsea from Park Royal Hospital will show you skills and resources to prevent a crisis through interactive activities.
As always, we will have light morning snacks and coffee available. This event is open to our clients as well as the public, so bring a friend!
